THOMAS-FENNER-WOODS AGENCY ENHANCES CLIENT SERVICE

COLUMBUS, OH – Thomas-Fenner-Woods Agency (TFW) one of central Ohio’s leading independent insurance companies, has made some personnel changes in an ongoing effort to improve client service.

Former administrative assistant Lauren Rusk now serves as commercial lines specialist and Lindsey Shepherd has been hired as the new administrative assistant.

“We’re excited about Lauren’s promotion and the hiring of Lindsey,” said CEO Bob Fenner. “Both are very talented individuals who serve as key parts in our success. They will help us continue to develop and sustain our high standards of customer relations and service.”

As commercial lines specialist, Rusk’s primary responsibilities includes issuing condominium certificates, updating project certificates and reviewing policies for renewal.

Prior to joining the TFW team, Rusk served as an intern for Integra Realty Resources and also worked in customer service at the Hills Market in Worthington.

Rusk holds a degree in hospitality management from Columbus State Community College. She is also a volunteer for LifeCare Alliance and helped plan the LifeCare Alliance prom for the elderly.

As administrative assistant, Shepherd’s responsibilities include the execution of administrative duties, as well as customer relations and customer service. She also assists the renter insurance sales team by processing new-renters insurance policies and maintaining current accounts.

Shepherd worked as an administrative assistance at e-Play before coming to TFW. She also volunteers at the Capital Area Humane Society.
