TFW MAKES PERSONNEL CHANGES

COLUMBUS, Ohio– Thomas-Fenner-Woods Agency Inc., one of Central Ohio’s leading independent insurance companies, has made some personnel changes in an ongoing effort to improve client service.

Former administrative assistant Jessica Eversole now serves as personalized claims coordinator, and Lauren Rusk has been hired as the new administrative assistant.

“Jessica and Lauren are very knowledgeable and capable people, and we’re confident they will do an outstanding job,” said Bob Fenner, CEO of Thomas-Fenner-Woods. “We’re constantly looking for ways to better serve our clients.”

As a personalized claims coordinator, Eversole’s responsibilities include helping clients with their service needs and making the necessary changes to existing accounts.

As administrative assistant, Rusk’s responsibilities include the execution of administrative duties, as well as customer relations and customer service.
