As general manager, Bob wears many important hats at Thomas Fenner Woods Agency. With hefty insurance industry experience, Bob handles the agency’s human resource responsibility. In addition, he is the building facility manager, which includes every aspect technology and specifications for the company.

Also, Bob oversees and supervises the commercial lines staff, offering guidance and assistance so that the needs of every client are met without error. In addition, Bob acts as the Thomas Fenner Woods Agency liason to Insurance Companies. Bob also maintains insurance markets.

Before joining TFW, Bob worked in the industry at Kemper Insurance Group. He is a graduate of Rio Grande University with a bachelor of art degree.
