Angie Ball 

Angie began her insurance career with TFW in 1988 and is a licensed Property and Casualty agent.  She began as a commercial lines specialist and later transferred to systems management within the agency.  Angie’s expertise is in providing problem solving with miscellaneous technology and she also gives various support to all agency staff.

Kimberly Byers

Like most of the TFW staff, Kimberly did not choose the insurance industry, it chose her. Kimberly started with the agency as a temporary receptionist, but with her strong bookkeeping background, she was very quickly offered a full-time position as an Accounting Specialist.  Kimberly is most passionate about CORRECT billing!  She is a numbers person.  If the numbers don’t add up, our staff can expect her to be at their desks with questions.  Kimberly is also a part of our social media team and manages our Twitter account.  She enjoys seeing what our clients have going on and promoting their businesses and causes

Sarah Jackowski

Sarah joined Thomas Fenner Woods February 2018 as the receptionist.  She is looking forward to new challenges and learning all about the insurance industry.
