Kirstin began her insurance career in 2011 working for a small rural agency, becoming Property & Casualty Licensed in 2012. From there, she acquired more skills and wisdom with a larger agency in 2018, representing several regional carriers. Through her many years of personal lines customer service experience, Kirstin has learned to ask questions and enjoys sharing knowledge about an ever-changing and sometimes complex industry.

Armed with this 15+ years expertise, Kirstin joined Thomas Fenner Woods in April 2026. In her free time, Kirstin enjoys spending time with her daughter and significant other and attending various heavy music festivals.
