Each leaseholder must have renters insurance in their name.  Proof of renters insurance must be received by the leasing office 24 hours prior to move in.

Keys will not be given out on move in day without proof of insurance.

Insurance Requirements:

  • $500,000 Personal Liability
  • Leasing office must be listed as additional interest
  • Coverage Must be for the full term of your lease
  • If one policy is to cover multiple leaseholders, each leaseholder’s name
  • must be listed on the declaration page.

Property Details you will need to provide to your agent:

  • Name and address of leasing office to list on the policy as additional interest
  • Year Apartments Built
  • Total Number of Units in your Building
  • Primary Source of Heat (ie. Electric, Gas)
  • Distance to the nearest paid responding fire dept.
