Commercial Lines Specialist

With more than 13 years of experience working in the insurance industry, Heather’s expertise stems from her role as a commercial lines specialist. Additionally, she is a member of the agency’s Information Technology Committee which works to maximize system utilization and drive efficiency. Heather earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from The University of Cincinnati and holds a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.
