In the excellent book, Emotionomics, the author’s company conducted a survey asking employees these five questions

  1. Does your manager help with work?
  2. Do you feel that you’re part of a team?
  3. Are you informed about new job expectations?
  4. Are you aware of the company’s future plans?
  5. How do work changes make you feel about your job?

How would your work force answer these questions?
